Instructor
Bill Prosser, DNP, CRNA
Dr. Bill Prosser has been a practicing CRNA since 1996, serving in both civilian and military roles across a wide range of clinical environments. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to advancing his skills and knowledge, with a strong focus on regional anesthesia.
Deeply appreciative of the mentors who invested in his development, Dr. Prosser is passionate about teaching and supporting others in their journey to master regional techniques. He is a firm advocate for integrating regional anesthesia into Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols and for implementing opioid-sparing or opioid-free approaches—practices he believes represent the future of the anesthesia profession.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Prosser has recently transitioned into locum tenens work, combining his love for travel with opportunities to collaborate, exchange ideas, and continue learning from fellow anesthesia professionals across the country.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Prosser enjoys rural life on the Oregon Coast with his wife, their five dogs, thirty chickens, and horse.
