Cancellation/Refund Policy

Twin Oaks Anesthesia is committed to offering the best courses available! While we review each situation on a case-by-case basis, Twin Oaks Anesthesia has created the following as a guide allowing an attendee to register with confidence.

CANCELLATION POLICY

>60 days from course date:

Transfer to another course at no charge OR 100% refund

30-59 days from course date:

Transfer to another course at no charge OR refund less 10%

15-30 days from course date:

Transfer to another course at no charge OR Tuition refund less 40% (plus $250)

0-15 days from course date:

Transfer to another course at no charge OR Tuition refund less 60% (plus $250)

No show:

Forfeit 100% of your tuition
