Cancellation Policy

At Twin Oaks Anesthesia, we are committed to delivering the highest-quality educational experiences. We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy that allows attendees to register with confidence.

While each situation is reviewed individually, the following guidelines apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the course date
    A refund will be issued, less a $250 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the course date
    Tuition may be transferred one time to a future course of the same type, scheduled within one year of the original course date.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the course date or failure to attend
    Tuition will be forfeited and is non-transferable.
