Registration and Continental Breakfast
Fundamentals of ultrasound, the machine use, PZT, essentials of knobology, needle placement under the beam, and vascular access.
Upper extremity emphasizing the basic approaches to brachial plexus, interscalene, supraclavicular, and infraclavicular.
Spine and truncal blocks.
Lower extremity blocks: femoral, sciatic, popliteal, saphenous (adductor canal).
Upper extremity scanning: great neck vessel identification and all pertinent brachial plexus approaches with anatomy identification.
Spin and truncal anatomy identification under ultrasound.
Lower extremity anatomy identification under ultrasound.
Need guidance placement in non-biological gel models.
We are committed to stay a reasonable amount of time extra to ensure that the hands-on experience skills are ample to fit each attendee. The instructors and presenters vary per course dependent on availability and class size.
